What we collect

When you request a quote, use our contact form, or chat with our site assistant, we collect what you choose to share: your name, phone number, email, project location, and details about your project. We do not collect payment information through this website.

Why we collect it

One reason: so we can respond to your request and do the work you asked about. We use your contact details to schedule walkthroughs, send quotes, and communicate about your project.

What we never do

• We never sell your information to anyone.
• We never share it with third parties for their marketing.
• We never sign you up for anything you did not ask for.

Text messages

If you text a keyword like SITE or OFFICE to (877) 411-4007, you are asking us to reply about your project. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. We only text you about your inquiry or project.

How your information is handled

Form submissions are delivered to us through a form service (JotForm) and our own server, and end up in our business inbox. Conversations with the site assistant may be processed by an AI service to generate a reply; we do not use them for anything beyond answering your question.

A copy of each request is also kept on our website host (Cloudflare) for our own private lead dashboard. That copy is removed automatically after about 180 days. When you send a request we also note the page you first landed on and the site or ad that referred you, so we know which of our marketing is working.

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and where visitors come from. If your browser blocks its cookie, everything here still works.

Our host also counts visits without cookies, and the service area map loads its map images from OpenStreetMap. Like any website you visit, those services see your browser's internet address when they deliver a page or an image.

How your information is protected

Everything you send through this site travels encrypted. The site forces a secure connection on every page, and your form details stay encrypted from your browser to our server and on to our inbox.

What you send is stored in established business systems (our form service and our business email) that encrypt stored data, and access is limited to the owners. We keep what you send us for as long as we are working with you or you want us to have it.

Your choices

Want us to delete what you sent us, or stop contacting you? Just ask. Email Josh@SOSRemodels.com or call or text (877) 411-4007 and we will take care of it.

Photos and copyright

The project photos and videos on this site are our own work, taken on our jobs with our clients’ permission, and they are copyrighted by SOS Remodels & Contracting. They carry a small SOS mark and embedded ownership data. You are welcome to share a page or a post that links back to us. Please do not copy, crop or reuse the photos themselves, in listings, ads or portfolios, without asking first. If you would like to use one, contact us and we will usually say yes.
