DLG Insurance, empty suite to open in 14 days
An empty office suite inside a working complex, turned around in fourteen days: full repaint with bold brand walls, new plank flooring wall to wall, and not one neighboring tenant lost a working day.
When DLG Insurance Agency leased their new suite, the last tenant's logo was still on the wall. The space sat inside a working office complex full of businesses that could not afford noise, dust, or blocked hallways, and DLG had fourteen days until they needed to open their doors.
So we built the schedule around the building. Weekend work carried the loud phases, and nobody in that complex lost a single working day. Floors were papered and every edge taped before the first coat went on, and the suite was swept down before we left each visit. The old branding was patched, primed, and painted over: crisp red feature walls with a Limousine Black accent wall to carry DLG's look.
Then the floor: luxury vinyl plank run through the entire suite, transitioned cleanly at the thresholds into the building's carpet. Fourteen days after we walked into an empty shell, DLG moved their desks in and opened for business, on time.
