The Moonflower house, made market-ready
A tired property taken back to the essentials and rebuilt room by room - bath rebuilt to the studs, kitchen refreshed, stairs refinished - then photographed like a listing, because it became one.
Some projects are one room. This one was the whole address. The Moonflower house had good bones and a long list of tired finishes, and the goal was simple: make every room ready for the market, without a single space left saying “project.”
The bathroom tells the story best. It came to us stripped to studs and insulation - old surround gone, framing exposed - and went back together the right way: waterproofed walls, large-format marble-look tile set level around the original window, a hex-tile pan, and a black-framed glass enclosure that turns a small room into a feature. The kitchen kept its layout and lost its age: cabinets refreshed in crisp white, new hardware, stainless appliances, and warm wide-plank flooring run through the main spaces. The staircase was refinished to match - dark treads against clean white risers.
Then we finished the job the way a listing deserves: professional photography, including the dusk exterior shot that makes the whole street look twice. Move-in ready, market-ready, done.
