Exterior & Wash

Years of grime, gone in an afternoon.

Driveways, sidewalks, patios and exteriors brought back to clean - with the right pressure for each surface, because a wand in the wrong hands etches concrete and strips paint.

Houston humidity grows things on every outdoor surface: algae, mildew, and the gray film you stop noticing until half the driveway is clean. Good washing is about matching pressure and detergents to the surface - flatwork can take it, siding and wood cannot.

What is included

  • Driveways, sidewalks and curbs surface-cleaned evenly, no wand stripes
  • Patios and pool decks washed and rinsed clean
  • Brick, stone and hard exterior surfaces at appropriate pressure
  • Pre-treatment for oil, rust and organic stains
  • Plants and fixtures protected before we start
  • A note on anything we find - cracked flatwork, failing caulk - while we are down there

How it works

  1. Assess surfaces. Concrete, brick, wood and siding each get a different approach.
  2. Pre-treat stains. Detergents do the work so pressure does not have to damage the surface.
  3. Wash evenly. Surface cleaners for flatwork, controlled pressure elsewhere.
  4. Rinse and walkthrough. Everything rinsed, checked with you in the sun.

What drives the price

  • Square footage of flatwork and number of surfaces
  • Stain severity: oil, rust and years of buildup take treatment time
  • Access and water availability on site
  • Add-ons like fence, patio furniture or pool deck washing

Common questions

Can pressure washing damage my house?

High pressure in the wrong place absolutely can: etched concrete, stripped paint, water driven behind siding. That is why surface-matching matters, and why delicate surfaces get soft washing instead - low pressure with the right detergents.

How often should I wash the driveway?

In our climate, roughly once a year keeps organic growth from establishing - more often for heavily shaded areas. Regular washing is also cheaper than letting stains set for five years.

Do you wash roofs?

Never with pressure - that destroys shingles. Roofs get soft washing only. See our soft washing service for how that works.
