Picture the room nobody used. Sherri had a forgotten workout space with a token wet bar shoved in the corner, all hard corners and dead air. She had a bigger dream: the room the whole house gravitates to on game night, the one where drinks get poured, stories get told, and friends never quite want to leave.
We designed it around that feeling. The hero is a full-height shiplap feature wall, its clean horizontal lines drawing the eye down a run of custom floating shelves we wired for warm, low-voltage LED so bottles and glassware seem to glow from within. Deep, dark shaker cabinetry grounds the space and hides real storage, while the bar itself is crowned with a marble-look quartz top finished in a waterfall miter, the veining wrapping the corner and spilling to the floor like a single carved slab.
Underfoot, wide-plank luxury vinyl runs wall to wall over a fully leveled subfloor, warm, quiet, and built to shrug off spills and crowds. Layered lighting ties it all together: recessed cans for the room, shelf glow for the mood, and toe-kick accents that make the whole bar appear to float. What was wasted square footage is now the heart of the home, and the kind of space you build an evening around.
