Katy Orleans Spirits & Wine leased a big, wide-open commercial suite: high ceilings, exposed structure, and one continuous slab. Courtney needed it turned into a real store, a sales floor up front and a walled-off back storage room to keep stock and supplies out of sight, framed and finished to code and ready to open.
We laid the whole plan out on the floor, then framed it up. A new partition wall runs to the deck to divide the sales floor from the back storage area, with a door where the flow made sense and every wall braced true. From there it was the commercial door hung, drywall hung, taped and floated smooth, and painted clean, with baseboards to finish.
The result is a turnkey retail space that reads like it was always meant to be there. Katy Orleans opened its doors on schedule, shelves stocked and lights on, a commercial build-out delivered ready for business.
