Crisp lines, smooth walls, paint that lasts.
The painting itself is the fast part. What separates a finish that stays crisp for years from one that shows every flaw is prep - and prep is most of our job.
Patch, sand, caulk, prime, then paint. Skip any of those and the wall tells on you within a year. We treat interior painting as a finish trade, with furniture and floors protected like they are ours.
What is included
- Walls patched and sanded smooth - dings and nail pops fixed, not painted over
- Gaps caulked and stains spot-primed so they never bleed through
- Floors, furniture and fixtures fully masked and protected
- Quality paint in the right sheen for each room
- Cut lines that look cut, not wobbled
- Full cleanup and a walkthrough in good light
How it works
- Walk and scope. Rooms, ceilings, trim and repairs itemized so bids compare honestly.
- Protect everything. Masking and floor protection first. Your house stays your house.
- Prep, prime, paint. Repairs and priming before color. Two coats where two coats belong.
- Walkthrough. We check every wall in daylight with you before we call it done.
What drives the price
- Wall condition - repairs and heavy prep are the real variable between quotes
- Ceiling height and whether ceilings and trim are included
- Color changes: dark-to-light or deep accent colors take extra coats
- Paint grade - we will tell you where premium paint earns its price and where it does not
Common questions
What sheen should I use where?
A common-sense rule: flatter finishes hide wall flaws and suit ceilings and low-traffic rooms; satin and semi-gloss clean up better in kitchens, baths and on trim. We will spec it room by room.
Do I need to move everything out?
No. We shift and cover furniture, protect floors and work room by room, so the house stays livable.
Why do quotes for the same rooms vary so much?
Prep. A low bid usually means patching, caulking and priming quietly left out - which is exactly the work that determines how the paint looks in year two.
